Rental Application
Thank you for your interest in one of our properties. The Slate Team is committed to offering exceptional urban rental properties and we look forward to receiving your application. In order for us to process your application, please follow the Step-By Step Instructions:
- Complete the Entire Rental Application and email the signed application, a form of identification (drivers license, passport, etc.) and your last two most recent pay-stubs to slate@slatepropertiesdc.com. You can also fax the application to 866.889.3718.
- Once the application is received, you will receive an email from the Credit Reporting Company requesting your permission to provide you credit and background report. The charge is $30 and is paid on their secure site. After you have given permission to provide your credit and background report, your entire application file is reviewed by Slate Properties and the Property Owner.
- Applicants typically receive a response about their application within 48 hours of formal application. Sometimes, owners request additional information but your Slate Team Member will keep you posted on the progress.

c) Employment Verification (Pay-Stubs)
d) Rental History
